Berkovits Elected To Executive Committee For The Region Of The Americas Of Jhi International
MIAMI, Fla., July 28, 2009 - Joe S. Berkovits, CPA, newest partner at accounting and business consulting firm Mallah Furman, has been elected to the 2009-2010 Executive Committee for the Region of the Americas of JHI International (JHI). The new Executive Committee was elected during the Annual General Meeting at the Region of the Americas Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas in June.
Berkovits has over 35 years of experience in public accounting. His concentration has been in tax, accounting, auditing and litigation support. The firm is a member of the Public Companies Oversight Board (PCAOB). He is partner in charge or concurrent reviewer for numerous Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registrants.
